All registry transfers now require a transfer authorization code (auth code) from the current registrar. You must request the auth code from the current registrar. We can not request the auth code for you. The current registrar will email the auth code to the current registrant contact and administrative contact email addresses listed in the domain whois record. You must make sure that the current registrant contact and administrative contact email addresses listed in the domain whois record are accurate before you request the auth code from your current registrar. If the email addresses are not up to date, you will need to correct this with your current registrar before proceeding.
